We are offering a £45,000 basic salary, with an OTE of £65,000, plus company car and an excellent benefits package. About the role As General Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a controlled and compliant sales process through a team of Business Managers, Sales Executives and support colleagues. You will do this through regular coaching, robust performance management and a strong personal presence on the showroom floor, maintaining hands‑on interaction with both customers and your team. You will support and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results across new and used vehicle sales, alongside a comprehensive range of add‑on products including finance, while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for planning and managing all sales campaigns and promotions, ensuring strong performance is delivered ethically and in line with our values. About you We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially astute Sales Manager from within the motor industry. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to deliver strong sales performance, improve profitability and maximise operational efficiency. Strong leadership and people‑management skills are essential, as your primary focus will be to motivate, develop and lead your team to achieve their business objectives.
