Our Bosville, Marmalade and Bracken Hide Hotels are hiring Kitchen Porters to join their teams in Portree, The Isle of Skye.This is a variable hours contract on a seasonal or permanent basis, and you will be working a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week.

This position is in Portree, Isle of Skye at our three hotels; The Bosville, Marmalade & the Bracken Hide. Duties and Responsibilities:
Washing crockery and utensils as well as making sure our kitchen areas and equipment are cleaned on a daily basis according to our cleanliness & hygiene standards.
Help the chefs with distribution and organisation, making sure the shelves, cupboards, fridges, and freezers are organised and products rotated to accommodate the expire dates.
Ensure that all procedures and policies concerning COSHH, and the use of chemicals and cleaning products are practiced at all times and according to our health and safety measures.
