Responsibilities
* Responsible for each vehicle during the Final Quality Process including Dynamic Assessment.
* Plan Dynamic Assessment activity at an Automotive proving ground.
* Resolve issues reported during the off‑site Dynamic Assessment process by identifying root cause and instigating permanent corrective actions.
* Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues that arise as quickly and efficiently as possible to prevent compromising quality and safety standards.
* Monitor and report on Quality related key performance indicators.
* Promote the use of customer techniques for continuous improvement such as Six‑Sigma, Poka‑Yoke (Error Proofing), and Measurement System Analysis.
* Demonstrate an attitude of continuous improvement and co‑operation within the department.
* Lead and/or support groups of technicians and engineers with fault resolution.
Pay & Hours
Hours: Workshop hours are 07:00‑16:30 M‑Th / 07:00‑12:45 Fr. Pay: up to £52,000 per annum.
