MOT Tester / Technician – Folkstone
We are working with the UK’s largest Automotive service, maintenance, and repair business in the Folkstone area who are looking for a Vehicle Technician to join their busy Service Department.
Job Role: MOT Tester / Technician – Folkstone
Location: Folkstone
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 OTE
5 days a week – No Sundays

Requirements for this Vehicle Technician role are:
8. Current MOT Testing Licence
9. Qualified to IMI/NVQ level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair/ City and Guilds Level 3 Motor Vehicle Maintenance / Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair / Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair / City & Guilds Automotive
10. Have experience working within a car dealership or an independent garage/ car supermarket / Service Centre
11. Completed your MOT tester course class 4, 5 or 7
12. Experience of working on vehicles/ Cars / LC
13. Ideally Hybrid / EV trained but if not training will be provided
14. Must have a full driver’s licence with less than 9 points
15. Team player willing to assist in workshop carrying out light vehicle maintenance, when not performing MOT’s
