Our Apprenticeships are site-based and can take up to two years to complete. Apprentices work towards an Advanced Apprenticeship in Business Administration and an end point assessment. The role is varied and challenging, based within the EHS team, providing admin support to health and safety specialists across the site.

Our Hull facility produces wind turbine blades for offshore markets and supports global offshore wind farm projects.
How You'll Make An Impact
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date EHS records, reports, and documentation.
2. Assist in managing and updating safety databases and systems.
3. Coordinate and schedule EHS-related training, meetings, and audits.
4. Support the preparation of regulatory reports and ensure adherence to EHS standards.
5. Assist with monitoring site compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
6. Support the delivery of EHS awareness campaigns and training sessions.
7. Act as a point of contact for EHS queries, directing them to the appropriate team member.
8. Prepare communication materials such as newsletters, posters, and presentations on EHS topics.
9. Assist the EHS team in conducting site inspections and risk assessments.
10. Help track and follow up on action plans from audits or incident investigations.
11. Complete all academic assignments within the agreed timescale, reviewed regularly.
12. Support STEM activities including work experience, volunteering, and recruitment events.
Minimum requirements include GCSE Grade 4 or above in Maths and English or equivalent, with ICT Level 2 being advantageous. Candidates should have a passion for renewable energy, good IT skills (including Excel), be flexible, adaptable, communicative, organized, and possess problem-solving skills. A positive attitude and team contribution are essential.
