We’re seeking an experienced, commercially driven Procurement Manager to take ownership of procurement and supply chain operations within a globally respected SME design and manufacturing business.
This is a senior, hands-on role with real influence. You’ll lead a small, high-performing team, build strong supplier partnerships, and work closely with senior leaders to deliver cost savings, supply resilience and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and develop procurement, materials and stores operations
* Own end-to-end procurement across materials, components and services
* Drive cost reduction through strategic sourcing and negotiation
* Build and manage key supplier relationships, including international sourcing
* Ensure continuity of supply and optimise inventory and warehouse operations
* Shape and deliver procurement strategy aligned to business goals
About You
* Proven experience in a senior procurement role within manufacturing or engineering
* Strong commercial and negotiation skills (CIPS desirable)
* A confident leader with a continuous improvement mindset
