Client A highly successful Legal 500 ranked commercial property team in the Thames Valley are seeking a Real Estate NQ to join them.
In this role you will be acting for banks, private lenders, household names as well as high net worth individuals and land owners. The firm are seeking either a newly qualified commercial property solicitor or a trainee who is due to qualify and has completed a seat in commercial property. You must have excellent technical skills and experience in a broad range of commercial property. This is likely to include sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, property finance and possibly development work.
You will join a team with an excellent reputation in the Thames Valley with City quality work. The team are afforded a very attractive work life balance so this could be suited to a lawyer working in the City or with a regional firm looking for a more flexible role.
