Site Services Administrator
The purpose of your role will be to provide administrative and operational support across a range of business functions, helping to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the organisation. This varied role includes supporting Health & Safety and Engineering teams, coordinating travel, assisting with facilities, and managing front‑of‑house activities.
Key tasks
* Provide administrative support across Health & Safety, Engineering, Facilities and Site Services, helping to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the site.
* Maintain training and compliance records, coordinate employee and visitor Health & Safety requirements, support meetings and documentation control, manage PPE and site consumables, and raise purchase orders.
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries, coordinate meeting rooms and site visits, arrange travel for senior stakeholders, oversee the company pool car, and work closely with teams across the business to maintain a professional, efficient and well‑organised workplace.
About You
* The successful candidate shall have a proven track record of supporting multiple departments in a busy environment.
* Excellent organisational skills are required and confidence using Microsoft Office and other business systems, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* A flexible, proactive approach is essential.
* Experience with Health & Safety administration, document control processes, or working within a manufacturing or site‑based environment would be advantageous.

The Site Services Administrator job (ref: 9070) pays £26,000 per annum, based on experience.
The site is in Wigan, Greater Manchester and is commutable from Manchester, Bolton, Warrington, Preston, Ormskirk, St Helens, Chorley and Bury, along with other areas of Lancashire and Merseyside.
