The Role: As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in managing and developing relationships with existing customers while identifying and converting new business opportunities. Working closely with technical teams, you'll ensure that clients receive exceptional service and that commercial potential is maximised through cross-selling and up-selling innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of key client accounts across the BEMS sector Identifying new opportunities to grow revenue and customer engagement Promoting the company's full suite of services and solutions Building long-term, trusted relationships with customers Collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery Maintaining strong commercial awareness and market insight About You We're open to applicants from a range of technical or commercial backgrounds - particularly those with BMS / BEMS experience gained in M&E contracting, HVAC controls, or Facilities Management.
