Our brand-new restaurant has already become one of London's hottest destinations – high-energy, fast-paced, and packed every service. We're now looking for a talented Assistant Bar Manager ready to step up, taking ownership of the bar programme and leading a passionate team to success.
This is more than just a bar role – it's a chance to design and deliver a drinks offering that pairs perfectly with our bold British & American grill menu, while driving one of the most exciting bar teams in the city.
What you'll be doing: Leading, motivating, and developing a dedicated bar team to deliver slick, high-energy service.
Serving flawless classics while designing innovative, seasonal cocktails that excite our guests.
Working hand-in-hand with the kitchen to create drinks that perfectly complement the menu.
Taking ownership of bar operations – rotas, ordering, stock control, costings, P&L, and supplier relationships.
Driving speed, consistency, and standards while keeping service fun and energetic.

Commercially aware with solid experience in stock management, costings, and P&L.
