Role Information
The Data Manager will lead all aspects of school data management, including maintaining the MIS system, overseeing assessment cycles, producing detailed reports for senior leaders, tracking student progress, generating attendance and behaviour analysis, and ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
Duties include maintaining accurate pupil records, supporting teachers with mark entry, producing performance dashboards, coordinating census returns, managing digital timetables, and working closely with the SLT to interpret data trends.
The ideal candidate will be analytical, meticulous, confident with data systems, and able to explain data clearly to colleagues at all levels.
