Why Join This Business? * Join a fast-growing and ambitious organisation with exciting plans for the future * Work closely with a high-calibre leadership team * Gain exposure to a busy, evolving finance function where you can really add value * Friendly, supportive environment with a hands-on approach * Potential to become a permanent role depending on business needs and performance What You Will Be Doing Reporting into the Financial Controller, you’ll support the finance function across a range of core accounting duties, including: * Assisting with month-end preparation and reporting * Accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations * Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable processes * Bank reconciliations and cashflow support * Assisting with financial data analysis and reporting * Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting process improvements * Payroll support (nice to have) This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and being part of a team that’s driving improvement.
