Kingdom Support and Care (KSC) provides high quality and personalised support and care for over 300 individuals across Fife and Forth Valley. We support the individuals we work with to manage or overcome challenges, including age-related issues, alcohol and drug addictions, autism spectrum disorders, complex needs, homelessness, learning disabilities and mental health issues.

About You
Based in the Glenrothes Service, we need someone flexible and adaptable in their approach to work. You must be available to work shifts that include alternate weekend working, evenings, and sleepovers, alongside allocated office time within your rota. A minimum of two years' experience in a support and care setting is required, along with demonstrable knowledge and experience of supporting individuals.
You must hold an SVQ Level 2 qualification in Care or a related field in accordance with SSSC registration requirements. Progression to SVQ Level 3 will be required within a two-year timeframe.
About the Role
In this role, you will be an integral part of the support team within the Glenrothes Service, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines. You will chair meetings, liaise with families, social workers, and healthcare professionals, and help to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality care and support to individuals ranging from children to adults with physical disabilities, mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviours.
You will assist the Service Coordinator in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service and take on responsibility for line managing a team of support workers.
