Our client is seeking for an experienced CNC Setter / Operator (5-Axis) to join their expanding team in a permanent position located in Willenhall. This role is suited to a skilled machinist who can confidently set and operate advanced CNC machinery, ensuring components are produced to the highest quality and precision standards. You will be working within a specialist manufacturing environment, supporting the production of complex parts for high-value applications. Key Responsibilities: Set and operate 5-axis CNC machines, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and repeatability. Work from engineering drawings, CAD data, and technical specifications to produce components to tight tolerances. Carry out machine set-ups, tool changes, offsets, and first-off inspections. Monitor machining processes and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity. Identify and resolve machining issues, working closely with programmers and engineering teams where required. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment in line with health & safety procedures. Perform basic machine maintenance and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
