* Salary: £30,092.48 per annum + 12% performance bonus

About the Company
Acosta Europe partners with world‑class brands, giving driven people the tools, trust and autonomy to outperform. As a Field Sales Representative in our Grocery team, you’ll be on the front line, building relationships, driving availability, and influencing decisions in‑store.
Role Summary
You’ll take ownership of your territory and drive sales as if it were your own business. Your focus will be on winning prime space, maximizing visibility, driving volume, executing flawlessly and beating target.
Key Responsibilities
* Own relationships with key in‑store decision makers – influencing range, availability and promotional execution, including winning secondary displays and extra shelf space.
* Execute high‑impact merchandising and brand activations.
* Use data and insight to prioritize high‑value stores.
* Spot gaps, fix issues and maximize every visit.
* Report activity accurately and feed back market insight.
* Compete to be the best and be rewarded for it.
Qualifications
* A natural influencer with commercial instincts.
* Target‑driven, competitive and resilient.
* Confident talking to anyone – from store staff to manager.
* Organised, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
* Tech‑savvy and comfortable reporting activity.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Retail, FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus – not a must.
