The Role
This position will be responsible for full spectrum of financial and accounting functions of the assigned portfolio in the Finance team.
Job Responsibilities
* Responsible for timely preparation and accurate reporting of financial matters such as management reports, financial statements, analysis of results, budgeting and forecasting, EVA, Corporate tax and GST reporting, audit schedules intercompany reconciliation as well as checking of payment records;
* Assist to ensure timely preparation of full set of financial statements for group reporting and statutory audit and managing the audit process, including liaising with auditors;
* Work closely with outsourced service providers and review the work submitted.
* Support in the preparation of financial statements for audit, handling tax matters, budgeting and forecasting;

* Support operational activities of the finance team, including streamlining processes and procedures to promote efficiency and accuracy;
* Assist in ad-hoc projects driving process improvement such as SAP implementation
Job Requirements
* ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification (or equivalent)
* Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experiences and / or audit experiences
* Well-versed in local accounting standards and IFRS
* Experience in SAP would be advantageous
* Experience in real estate or financial services industry is a clear advantage
* Responsible, meticulous, analytical, organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Hands on with finance operations experience, good accounting knowledge, responsible, assertive, and experienced in managing people and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
