Full-time, 37 hours per week
12-month Fixed-Term Contract
Grade B: Starting salary of £27,591
Location: This role can be based at any one of the Arts Council of Wales offices in Cardiff, Colwyn Bay or Carmarthen. We are currently working in a hybrid way.
Our benefits include 30 days annual leave, 2.5 privilege days, flexible working hours/pattern, cycle to work scheme and a final salary pension (6%).

We are looking for talented individuals who can demonstrate their commitment to and engagement with the arts sector. Whether through previous work, volunteering, personal practice, or community involvement, we want to see your connection to the creative world. As a Creative Steps Enabler, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Creative Steps funding and development programme - a vital initiative that's breaking down barriers and creating pathways for artists who have been underrepresented in Wales's arts landscape.

About you
If you are someone who has good organisation and communication skills, this role could be for you. You will have highly developed IT and administrative skills and previous experience of providing high quality administrative services. You will need to work on your own initiative, prioritise and plan your own work, and be flexible and adaptable to the developing needs of the team.
Welsh language
We work in both English and Welsh. Fluency in Welsh (both written and spoken) is desirable but not essential for this post.
