You will manage the mutual exchange process, tenancy changes and updating tenancy records alongside other tenancy queries, both by phone and email.You won’t always be at your desk; you may be out and about completing mutual exchange visits and supporting with neighbourhood inspections as required in West Dorset, so there’s a real mix of housing management exposure and an opportunity to further your current housing knowledge.There’ll be elements of administrative tasks such as letter writing, mail merges, keeping records up to date and electronic filing.About youYou’ll have a background working in housing management, with experience in communicating with customers about an array of tenancy enquiries.
