As a Deputy Home Manager, you'll ensure the level of care we offer goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. This means taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence and supervising and coaching colleagues to provide a service that is unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.
About You
HC‑One is looking for a Deputy Home Manager with knowledge of National Standards and a background in person‑led care planning within a care home. Beyond that, the role requires brilliant, positive energy and a natural ability to get along with people. The candidate should be a great mentor who can manage time effectively and keep meaningful records, and who communicates with residents and colleagues in a truly considerate and kind manner.
