We're Hiring: In-House Insurance Manager

About the Role:
As our Insurance Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things insurance-related across the business. You’ll work closely with our Internal Legal Counsel to manage risk, ensure compliance, and optimise our insurance portfolio. This is a high-impact role with visibility across senior leadership and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the management of all corporate insurance policies, renewals, and claims.
Liaise with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal coverage and cost-efficiency.
Provide strategic advice on risk mitigation and insurance implications of business decisions.
Support contract reviews and negotiations from an insurance perspective.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
Prepare reports and insights for senior leadership and legal teams.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in insurance management, ideally within a large corporate or in-house setting.
Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and claims handling.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to interpret legal documents and collaborate with legal professionals.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., ACII, law degree, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
