£27,318 per annum, plus quarterly performance bonus

Hybrid – home and Hastings HQ, with occasional UK travel to events and team days

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm
Job role:
Join Medica’s Reporter Recruitment team and help grow our community of clinical reporters—radiologists, pathologists, radiographers and registrars—supporting vital diagnostic services across the UK and Ireland. You’ll build and nurture talent pipelines, convert warm leads and partner closely with onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate journey. It’s fast‑paced, phone‑first and purpose‑driven.

Requirements:
* Previous recruitment experience with strong KPI performance in a high‑energy, phone‑led environment
* Proactive sourcing via job boards, LinkedIn and other channels; confident converting warm leads
* Clear, professional communication and relationship‑building skills across all levels
* Skilled user of ATS/CRM systems and Microsoft 365 with high standards of data accuracy
* Organised and responsive with strong time‑management; comfortable reporting on progress
* Flexibility to travel within the UK for occasional events (including some overnight stays)
* Desirable: healthcare or life sciences recruitment experience; consultative sales and events exposure
