We are currently looking for a Financial Administrator to join our clients, a highly successful Independent Financial Practice with a team of advisers who have a wealth of experience. This role requires an individual with a background working within a Financial Advisors and offers career growth, progression and a Hybrid working arrangement
Working hours:
1. Full Time
2. Hybrid-working basis (Monday to Thursday in the office & Friday WFH)
The successful Financial Administrator will be offered:

To be considered for the role of Financial Administrator, you must have
7. Previous administrative experience working within a Financial Advisors, either within Financial Administrator or Paraplanner role.
8. Organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail
9. Ability to prioritise and be proactive.
10. Strong analytical and numerical skills
11. Strong IT skills, specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Financial Administrator responsibilities:
12. Client Support: Acting as a point of contact for clients, managing queries, and helping with onboarding.
13. Documentation & Compliance: Preparing, updating, and maintaining accurate client files, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
14. Adviser Support: Assisting Financial Planners with meeting preparations, portfolio tracking, and, in some cases, processing new business applications.
