Responsibilities and Duties

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for delivering high quality, person-centred care, working as part of a rota system with your colleagues.

The role is for supporting individuals who have complex health needs (such as Epilepsy and Cerebral Palsy alongside profound learning disabilities) in their own homes and in our respite centre.

There are both full and part time positions available.

Qualifications and Skills

In the caring profession, the skills you need can be taught, and we make a commitment to train all our staff and continue developing their skills throughout the time they work with us. Compassion, kindness, and empathy can't be taught, together with the ability to get along with people, even if they are elderly, disabled, grumpy, sick, or just having a bad day. If you have these things, we can help you learn the rest
