The Role
You'll be joining a small, collaborative team of planning professionals working on a diverse portfolio of projects - from agricultural and equestrian developments to rural diversification, tourism, and renewable energy schemes.
* Managing a range of planning applications, appeals, and rural development projects.
* Providing expert advice to clients on planning strategy and policy.
* Liaising with local authorities, consultants, and landowners.
* Contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
About You
You'll likely be:
* MRTPI qualified (or working towards accreditation).
* Experienced in planning consultancy, ideally with a focus on rural or environmental projects.
* Confident managing projects from concept through to delivery.
* A clear communicator who enjoys client interaction and problem-solving.
* A background in rural planning, environmental management, or property development would be a distinct advantage.
