Adept Corporate Services are looking for an Area Relief Cleaning Operative who has Builders Cleaning experience to work shifts from 5am - 8 am, Monday to Friday with an immediate start. A minimum of 3 hours hours per week.
Key Duties: As a Cleaning Operative your duties will be:
* Dusting, cleaning, and polishing furniture, fixtures and fittings.
* Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and cleaning floors, toilets and rooms.
* Applying necessary chemicals and solvents to surfaces to easily and effectively remove stain and dirt.
* Complying with all Health & Safety policies and procedures including COSHH and RAMS that are related to carrying out cleaning tasks.
* Carrying out cleaning duties with the aid of necessary equipment.
* Taking and handling special requests for clients or customers as required appropriately.
* Carefully handling and operating all cleaning machinery according to protocol
* Identifying and reporting all safety equipment maintenance issues to the supervisor or management.
Ideal Candidate:
* Cleaning Experience – cleaning experience in offices
* Professional Appearance: Must maintain a smart, professional and in uniform at all times on site.
* Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with the team, contracts and customers.
* Heallth & Safety Awareness: A strong focus on Health & safety and risk management.
