Maintenance & Facilities Engineer - Bromsgrove Area - Permanent We're recruiting for an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Engineer to join a well-established FMCG manufacturing business that is expanding their operations. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, who enjoys problem solving and is confident working with a variety of production machinery. The Role Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery and facility equipment. Conduct mechanical and electrical maintenance. Support process improvements and hands-on trials. Create and update SOPs, equipment documentation, and process flows. Set up and maintain filling machines, labellers, conveyors and related assets. Work closely with operations, quality, and engineering teams. Experience & Skills Apprenticeship trained with HNC/HND or equivalent. Strong maintenance and troubleshooting background. Comfortable with a wide range of production machinery. Good understanding of process engineering fundamentals. Advantageous: ISO/QMS experience, RCA tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA), SPC/Lean Six Sigma.
