Responsible for managing the day‑to‑day business of Octagon UK on this exciting golf‑focused account. You will lead the development and delivery of a major new golf partnership for a global business consulting and technology leader, working alongside a Vice President based in the U.S. and supported by our UK‑based golf subject‑matter expert. You’ll serve as the day‑to‑day strategic lead and contact for the UK‑based rights holder, guiding the partnership from vision to execution. You’ll oversee client consulting, asset development, fulfillment, and performance measurement—ensuring every element of the partnership drives impact and innovation.
What You’ll Do
* Serve as the point person for activation plan development and project‑management tools, ensuring seamless execution across all initiatives.
* Work with the UK SME to prepare presentations and deliverables that bring strategies to life—including ideations, sponsorship evaluations, POVs, program overviews, recaps, budgets, and partnership summaries.
* Ensure all contractual assets are managed and delivered efficiently.
* Liaise with the property and internal teams to manage allocation of Activation/Asset Funds and contractual media spend.
* Help our golf SME lead and grow key relationships with top golf governing bodies, vendor partners, internal client stakeholders, client agencies, and other key players within the golf ecosystem.
* Master property guidelines and sponsorship assets to effectively advise marketing clients and agency partners.
* Manage all partnership approvals with the property and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
* Collaborate effectively with Octagon US colleagues and stakeholders to manage this new partnership.
* Lead the onboarding of this new partnership and develop a Partnership Overview to educate and advise the client, ensuring the partnership is fully optimized and delivering maximum value from the start.
