What You’ll Be Doing
Analysis: Lead the product team in defining problems, forming return on investment, and agreeing on success metrics. Conduct requirements gathering sessions, elicit and elaborate requirements, facilitating the negotiation between stakeholders and delivery team. Break larger problems into suitably small chunks so they can be addressed through a series of development.
Delivery: Collaborate with and support the delivery team, contributing to the definition and delivery of the product to a high standard, within agreed timescales and within budget. Mentor junior business analysts to advance and develop their skills.

* Strong data analysis, identifying insights and making data driven recommendations.
* Ability to break down complex problems and communicate them accurately and effectively to a team with different skill sets.
* High attention to detail, and ability to create comprehensive documentation.
* Lead efficient and valuable in person workshops, requirements gathering sessions and product demonstrations that promote open communication and collaborative working.
* Highly adaptable and skilled in change management.
* Able to negotiate and compromise to find the balance between best practice, expediency, and longer-term maintenance costs.
* Excels in communicating complex strategies and decisions to a wide variety of stakeholders, including non-technical members in a way that can easily be understood.
* Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment, facilitating/ participating in agile ceremonies.
