Our client is a long-standing and successful Commercial Property Agent offering a bespoke service to commercial clients in the Staffordshire and Cheshire areas. We are seeking a Commercial Property Coordinator to work alongside their existing team. This role would be ideal for someone who has previous Commercial property experience and someone who enjoys multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment. You will be liaising with a variety of individuals, from tenants to solicitors in this role. This Commercial Property Coordinator role plays a key supporting role within the business. The position provides administrative, operational, and client service support across commercial sales, lettings, acquisitions, and property management.
Job Description for the Commercial Property Coordinator:
1. Negotiation of sales and lettings
2. Preparing and maintaining property marketing materials such as brochures, online listings and boards
3. Coordinate EPC’s, floorplans, Photography as well as other marketing material
4. To manage property listings via various portals, websites and CRM systems ensuring accuracy and consistency
5. Supporting the Surveyors with the preparation of terms of engagement, heads of terms and progression documentation.
6. To be the first point of contact for any enquiries from landlords, tenants, buyers and contractors
7. To arrange and coordinate viewings, inspections and client meetings
8. To support the onboarding of new clients ensuring all correct documentation is completed
9. To produce documents such as instruction forms, viewing schedules and offer summaries
10. Support the coordination between solicitors, surveyors, landlords and tenants during any negotiations and transactions.
11. Keep all CRM systems up to date and ensure all documentation meets RICS standards
For the Commercial Property Coordinator, it would be good to see candidates with:
12. Proven estate agency experience, ideally commercial property
13. Sound knowledge of property marketing would be an advantage
14. Good knowledge of RICS compliance and GDPR requirements
15. Must have a valid UK driving license
16. Strong communication skills
17. Highly organised and possess multi-tasking skills
18. Strong attention to detail
19. Good IT skills
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm & Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 Per Annum
This role is commutable from Stoke on Trent, Crewe, Stone, Newcastle under Lyme, Keele, Congleton, Biddulph
