Your new companyWorking for a contractor who specialise in social housing schemes working in Liverpool on a temporary contract.
Your new role
* Reactive and Planned Maintenance: Carrying out repairs and maintenance in occupied social housing properties, often as part of a reactive works team.
* Multi-Trade Skills:
o Plumbing: Fixing leaks, replacing taps, and other basic plumbing tasks.
o Carpentry: Repairing doors, windows, and other wooden fixtures.
o Painting & Decorating: Touch-ups and full room redecorations.
o General Building Maintenance: Minor plastering, tiling, and other handyman tasks.
* Compliance & Quality:
o Ensuring all work meets health and safety regulations.
o Completing jobs to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.
* Customer Interaction:
o Providing excellent service to tenants.
o Addressing concerns professionally and respectfully.
