Responsibilities
* Deputise and assist the Costa Store Manager across all catering operations, including the store, bars, events and vending where applicable.
* Ensure the smooth and effective operation of the catering department, maintaining exceptional standards in customer service and processes.
* Achieve commercial objectives and ensure legislative compliance.
* Train and coach all Barista Maestros.
Requirements
* Proven people management skills involving planning, organisation, coaching, communication, delegation and motivation.
* Holder of, or the ability to apply without restriction, required licences to fulfil the role (e.g. driving, premises licence (alcohol), food safety level 2, and allergen awareness).
* One year of experience as a Barista Maestro or equivalent.
