The role – Transport and Logistics Coordinator / Administrator
You will have a varied role and will be responsible for the effective management of companywide Transport and Logistics management and control.
Your duties and responsibilities will include
* Ensuring all Transport and Logistics meet company, client and industry / regulatory requirements
* Ensuring all Transport and Logistics meet company targets in relation to quality, cost and delivery
* Transport and Logistics supplier sourcing, selection and on-going relationship management
* Develop and implement transport policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
* Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholder groups to optimise routes and schedules for maximum productivity.
* Place and manage all daily orders
* Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
* Utilise IT systems to track shipments, manage inventory levels, and analyse data for continuous improvement.
