Salary: £13.85-15.00 per hour
Hours: Full‑time, Monday-Friday
About:
We're currently supporting several prestigious corporate clients based in the heart of the City who are seeking professional, polished, and proactive Temporary Receptionists. You'll be the face of their business, providing an exceptional first impression to visitors and internal stakeholders alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming guests, clients, and contractors with warmth and professionalism
Managing switchboard calls and the reception inbox
Coordinating meeting rooms, passes, and visitor systems
Handling incoming/outgoing post and courier requests
Providing ad‑hoc administrative support to office teams
Ensuring the reception area always remains immaculate
What We're Looking For
Previous reception, front‑of‑house or customer‑service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, polished, and confident in corporate environments
Someone who thrives in fast‑paced office settings
A positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable team player
