Job Title: Product Development Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Product Development team at our Elgin Mill. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills looking to develop their career in a fast-paced and engaging role. You will be working on our luxury brand and world-class products, supporting the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

This is a permanent position working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Salary is starting from £24,897 per annum, dependent on experience.

About the role

You will support the Product Development team by:

* Collating and maintaining all amendments to technical information
* Attending fit sessions, providing input, and recording details
* Creating and managing the product critical path, ensuring stakeholder adherence
* Developing and updating range plans
* Preparing pre-production tech packs for factories/internal production and issuing clear feedback
* Arranging shipments for sampling and production
* Inputting and managing data accurately
* Developing sample bill of materials and collating costings
* Supporting the sourcing and onboarding of new factories, trims, and lining suppliers
* Allocating styles with factories, negotiating pricing, lead times and minimum order quantities (with stakeholder support)
* Tracking budgets and monitoring costs
* Providing general support to internal and external production teams
* Carrying out general administration tasks for Product Development

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

* Flexible, proactive and eager to learn
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* A confident communicator, able to build strong working relationships at all levels
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Equipped with good colour vision
* Ideally experienced in wovens or knowledgeable about the industry
* Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects while effectively prioritising workload
