We have a very open and flat structure and have a very short feedback loop on both internal and customer questions About our team: We are a small but high functioning team of 6 versatile engineers including 2 DevOps engineers. We support, build and maintain the Distribution Insight product within Lighthouse. Our product consists of many components. We monitor TCP packets within our customer's data centres, decrypt and reconstruct these into transactions which are then sent on to an ETL component which feeds our in-house built and maintained BI tool. The team is responsible for building, maintaining, supporting and deploying all of these components for our customers to be able to process billions of transactions across our install base and trillions of data points extracted from those transactions, all in real-time to be reportable within 10 minutes of them originally occurring.
