Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires a blend of organisational skills, computer proficiency, and a strong ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
Duties
* Represent the organisation at job fairs and recruitment events
* Generate training reports and schedule refresher sessions for staff
* Recruitment of staff, advertising, onboarding, and staff engagement activities etc
* Ensure monthly compliance checks of staff records
* Order stationary, uniform and equipment as needed
* Managing social media content
* Handle general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
* Support financial processes by supporting with timesheets and managing annual leave for all temp staff
* Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
* Provide clerical support as needed to the Managing Director.
Requirements
* Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred - ideally recruitment.
* Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, Facebooked and LinkedIn.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: £21,000.00-£29,250.00 per year
