The business has experienced exceptional growth both in the UK and overseas and are seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to provide key financial insight and strategic support to senior stakeholders. Acting as the primary liaison between Finance, Divisional Directors and other senior leaders, to understand their businesses and the key drivers of success and profitability. You will support them in the preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecasts, and will be comfortable in your ability to challenge their thinking and assumptions. As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping financial performance, driving efficiencies, and delivering valuable analysis that influences decision-making across the business.
