Role Overview
We are looking for calm, resourceful, and energetic individuals who are highly motivated, hardworking, and keen to support older people in a proactive and holistic manner. Our team comprises over 100 staff delivering services in Tower Hamlets.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and domestic support.
* Assist individuals with accessing work, education, and social opportunities.
* Encourage engagement in sports, outdoor pursuits, creative arts, music, cooking, and other activities.
* Promote mental, physical, and emotional well-being of service users.
* Demonstrate unconditional positive regard and effective communication skills.
* Utilise the free SONA app to pick up shifts as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Minimum of 12 months experience for all relief roles.
* Positive communication and engagement skills.
* Commitment to supporting individuals in achieving life goals.
* Employment on a zero-hours contract.
* Gender is considered to be an occupational requirement. – Equality Act 2010
