As a member of the Mammography team, you will work as an integral part of the multidisciplinary breast team at the Royal Berkshire Hospital, in both the screening and symptomatic sectors. Experience working in the NHS Breast Screening Programme would be an advantage with an NVQ level 3 in health and social skills or equivalent experience being an essential requirement.

The West Berkshire Breast Screening service is part of the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust. We are part of the main radiology department and offer breast screening to all those registered as female with a GP in the west of the county of Berkshire. The service invites approximately 20,000 women a year for breast screening.

* GCSEs graded C/4 or above in Maths and English. Functional skills are acceptable in lieu of GCSEs
* IELTs overall score of at least 7, with a score no lower than 6.5 in any area - where relevant
