Job Title: Plasterer / Multi-Trades Operative

Work on social housing properties in the Redditch and Bromsgrove area.

Primarily carry out plastering, including repairs and full surfaces.

Perform additional tasks such as hanging doors, basic carpentry, and general maintenance in void properties.
*
Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and within safety guidelines.
*
Engage in responsive repairs, maintenance, and void work as required.
*
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
