About the Role
We’re seeking a data-driven, commercially minded Account Optimization Manager (AOM) to join our UK & Benelux team, focusing on the London market. Working with a high-performing, collaborative team, this role partners with an Account Manager to drive sustainable growth for our hotel partners.
As an AOM, you’ll act as a trusted business advisor, using data insights to optimize inventory, improve conversion, and enhance partner performance. You’ll help develop and execute account growth plans, negotiate campaigns and promotions, and ensure optimal commercial conditions.
Key Responsibilities
* Inventory Management & Optimization
* Analyze historical data and market trends to inform strategies
* Monitor booking patterns and negotiate rates and availability accordingly
* Collaborate with Account Managers on joint account plans
* Conduct performance monitoring and share insights with partners
* Negotiate special offers and campaigns to increase conversion
* Maintain accurate records in internal tools
* Participate in weekly tandem meetings and joint supplier interactions
What You’ll Bring
* Strong understanding of the London hotel market

* Passion for data analysis and commercial strategy

* Experience with tools such as Salesforce and Tableau
