A Paralegal with experience in commercial property is sought for a highly regarded firm close to Billericayon a full-time, permanent basis.
Reporting to partners within the department, the successful paralegal will join a busy property team, utilising your skills and expertise to handle a busy and varied workload covering a broad range of commercial property matters.
Responsibilities for this Paralegal position:
* Assisting a senior fee earner in commercial property matters as well as managing your own caseload
* Liaising with clients and other professionals
* File management
* Drafting legal documents
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Developments
* Drafting leases
The Paralegal Candidate:
* A paralegal with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in commercial property
* Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* IT literacy will be a pre-requisite
* Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
* A team player who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative
* Is personable, pro-active and detail orientated
