Due to continued expansion we are looking to recruit an assistant for our Customer Service Team,
to work in our offices in a busy and well established freight delivery company based in Brimsdown,in Enfield
Responsibilities will include
Dealing with customer queries
Booking in deliveries with customers by telephone
Checking orders and delivery charges
Speaking with other depots within Palletways UK network
Giving price quotes
Tracking the progress of vehicles and drivers
Skills required
The ability to communicate well as you will be dealing with customers and members of our team
A polite, friendly, and calm manner
IT skills
The ability to work under pressure and to timescales
Enthusiasm
A creative approach to problem solving
Good attendance and timekeeping
Hours Monday-Friday 08.30am-05.00pm
opportunity to increase salary with periodic pay review as job experience improves
Experience not required but prefered
Training will be given in the many aspects of this position.
Salary paid weekly
28 days paid holiday per year
some overtime available dependant on business requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
