What you'll do as our Account Manager
1. Grow customer relationships - Get to know your customers, understand their world, and recommend the perfect mix of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and security solutions.
2. Keep things running smoothly - Manage renewals, quoting, delivery and billing with support from our internal teams.
3. Spot opportunities - Identify and close new deals through smart upselling and cross-selling - focusing on value not just transactions.
4. Tell our story - Create proposals that bring our value to life and show customers how we can help them shine.
