Position Overview
We are looking for a Deputy Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the centre in the absence of the General Manager. The role includes coaching and mentoring the team on shift, ensuring a safe and enjoyable customer experience, and managing both front‑end and back‑end operations. Candidates will be expected to deliver on financial targets and service standards, and may progress to a General Manager role within 12‑18 months.

* Supported the General Manager with back‑of‑house duties and ran an exceptional front‑of‑house operation.
* Delivered on financial targets and service standards.
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum of 18 months experience in a customer‑facing management role, ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry.
* Evidence of delivering on financial targets, driving business and sales.
* Passion for people and experience coaching and developing a team.
* Fanatical about customer service.
* A ambition for success.
* Willingness to work nights and weekends.
