Are you an experienced children's support worker who is looking for a new adventure? Pay rate: £33,357.00 - £33980.00 per annum (based on 10 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £12.60 - £12.90 per hour).Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.
Hours: 173 hours per month - shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s. Rotas given in advance. We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.
Essential requirements for a Children's Residential Support Worker:
1. A full driving licence issued in the UK
2. Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
3. Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
4. Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
5. Previous childcare or support worker experience is advantageous but not essential
