To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical, control, basic mechanical and building fabric systems
Responsibilities
* To cover all maintenance of electrical distribution, controls, lighting, emergency systems, building services plant room electrical systems.
* To complete PPM's in line with SLA and KPI agreements.
* To provide Electrical H&S and compliance engineering on each facility.
* To undertake minor installation works such as lighting and small power installations.
* To carry out fault finding on systems up to 415v.
* To undertake works on the BMS, power supply, lighting, power generation, HVAC, UPS, A/C units, etc.
* To respond to Helpdesk requests, providing a professional and timely service.
* To support the other members of the maintenance team with ad-hoc tasks across all disciplines.
* Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
* Self-motivation with the ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritise workload.
* Background of working alone and using own initiative and as part of team.
* Solve problems and make decisions in a logical manner.
* Experience in monitoring deadlines and performance in line with required standards outlined within a contract.
* Flexible approach to working with the ability to think "outside of the box".
* Efficient, enthusiastic and flexible.
* Specialist knowledge of engineering systems and plant of various age and technology.
* A reasonable level of fitness and agility.
* Accountable for high service delivery within the Elekta Portfolio to client and CBRE requirements, NVQ Level 2 Electrical (or better).
* 18th edition 7671.
* 2392 Testing and Inspection.
* CAFM systems experience.
* Good knowledge of general building services.
Additional Information
The successful candidate will have a strong commercial background, ideally qualified to NVQ/City & Guilds level 2/3 or an equivalent. They will be expected to integrate into a team of engineers and have a flexible attitude towards work, as well as supporting the wider business.
