We’re giving our beautiful building a bold new look with a stunning renovation and expansion — and we’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead the charge. This is your chance to be part of the launch team at one of North Derbyshire’s most exciting pubs. You’ll train at our neighbouring site, The Hunloke Arms, before stepping into your new role at The Blue Stoops.

Responsibilities
* Lead & Inspire - Support the Restaurant Manager and General Manager to guide a front-of-house team that delivers exceptional guest experiences.
* Drive Excellence - Monitor ticket times, service standards, and guest satisfaction, stepping in with warmth and professionalism when needed.
* Grow Your Team - Coach, mentor, and develop your team through briefings, 1:1s, and hands-on support, driving learning and progression.
* Master Operations - Ensure smooth, efficient shifts, from food quality and service flow to atmosphere (music, lighting, vibe).
* Be a Product Guru - Know our menus inside out to confidently engage with guests and support the team.
* Build Togetherness - Work with the Restaurant Manager to create a positive, motivated, high-performing team culture.
