Warehouse Administrator Our Distribution team are now looking for Warehouse Administrators support the smooth running of our state of the art, open plan warehouse. You will be part of a friendly, professional environment where your growth is supported, and your work will directly contribute to delivering excellence for both our customers and colleagues. About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our supply chain. Working with complex system queries, handling reporting tasks, and supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders, you will play a vital part in maintaining stock accuracy and operational excellence. You will report to an Assistant Manager, and your work will help ensure that goods move smoothly through our warehouse while queries are resolved quickly and effectively. Key responsibilities include: • Running and monitoring system reports and taking appropriate action. • Investigating delivery errors, stock discrepancies and overages. • Processing and resolving return to vendor (RTV) stock queries. • Supporting the warehouse team with administration tasks where required. • Assisting buying teams with both internal and external queries. • Ensuring queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. All shifts will be day shifts, finishing no later than 6pm. There are several FTC’s available. About You You will have excellent communication skills and confidence working with both customers and stakeholders. Highly organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise, you will thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment while keeping a focus on accuracy and detail. You will also have: • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Outlook and Teams. • While previous experience with SAP is desirable, if you have strong computer literacy and a willingness to learn, we will provide full support and training to help you develop these skills. • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • A proactive, flexible approach with the confidence to solve problems and adapt to change. • Strong interpersonal skills to build trusted working relationships.
