As a Senior InfoSec Governance & Compliance Specialist, you can play a major role in strengthening Just Eat Takeaway’s resilience and re-imagining how we manage infosec compliance across our business. You will work closely with stakeholders in various teams across the globe. Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our London office & 2 days working from home Reporting to: Head of InfoSec Governance and Compliance These are some of the key components to the position: Leading project-based activities to scope, ease, and improve InfoSec compliance initiatives across the enterprise Partnering with technical stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective Business Continuity Management practices are applied. Running periodic compliance assessments and ensuring timely resolution of security incidents, tracking and reporting their resolution effectiveness Monitoring the regulatory landscape to guide project priorities and maintain relevant compliance strategies Engaging with business stakeholders to enhance data collection, improve control frameworks, and integrate compliance requirements into ongoing projects and daily operations Helping to further develop efficient processes leveraging our centralised GRC platform. What will you bring to the team? Professional experience in Information Security, with a focus on GRC or related disciplines. A strong sense of purpose, vision, and determination to make every improvement count. Interest in measuring performance through metrics, driving continuous process improvements and leveraging project management methodologies to optimize compliance outcomes Knowledge of Business Continuity Management practices, regulatory policies, laws, and regulations that apply to organizations such as JET. Experience with the successful application of AI in the corporate environment Experience with monitoring and analyzing activities and processes to ensure internal compliance with regulations, and propose solutions, mainly focusing on more complex analyses. Experience with capturing relevant data to prepare documentation on risks and compliance. Experience with implementing Information Security risk & compliance plans, policies, and procedures to comply with laws, regulations, and standards including those regulating AI.
